Delete it yourself

In the StudyLoom.io Android app: open Settings, tap your profile card at the top, choose Your data, then Delete account, and confirm by typing DELETE.

On the website: open studyloom.io, sign in with the Google account you use for StudyLoom.io, open Settings (the gear icon), scroll to the bottom, choose Danger zone, then Delete account, and confirm.

Deletion starts immediately and cannot be undone.

Cannot sign in? Ask us

Email [email protected] from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We will confirm your identity and delete the account, normally within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your sign-in account, profile and preferences, streaks and goals.

Everything you uploaded and everything generated from it: files, images, mind maps, flashcards, quizzes, review history and stored copies of them.

Any active web (Paddle) or Google Play subscription is cancelled as part of deletion, so you are not billed again. If you subscribed through Google Play you can also check it under Play Store → Payments & subscriptions.

What we keep, and for how long

A minimal record — your name, email, plan, payment identifiers, the deletion date and any reason you chose to give — is kept for up to 2 years for accounting, fraud prevention and to show your deletion request was honoured. Payment providers (Paddle, Google Play) keep their own transaction records under their own policies.

Delete some data without deleting the account

Remove any mind map, flashcard deck or quiz from your history in the app and its stored copy is deleted with it. To remove other data while keeping your account, email [email protected].
